Please note, we cannot ship outside the United States, or to the states of Alaska or Hawaii. This is a Federal Hazardous Materials restriction.

Your order will be shipped within 3 business days after receiving payment.

Inspect all packages as soon as they are received. If you receive a package that has been damaged in shipment, inform the driver immediately and ensure that this is noted on the delivery sheet. Save all shipping materials and do not use the product. Damage should be immediately reported to the shipper and The Lye Guy.

Refunds will be issued for products that do not meet your expectations of quality. We want you to be pleased with what you have ordered.
